While waiting in an airport, it reminded me that life is in transit. We are always on a journey to somewhere. When we finish one task, we are up again for another one. Life is a never-ending process of coming and going. Even those who retire from work have new tasks and situations to adjust to. Some of them can be painful. The process continues as long as we live. So, instead of focusing on the destination, living in the present while in transit makes life not only bearable but enjoyable as well.
